Trump has transcended the party that produced him. His growing army of supporters no longer cares about the party. Because it did not immediately and fully embrace Trump, because a dwindling number of its political and intellectual leaders still resist him, the party is regarded with suspicion and even hostility by his followers. Their allegiance is to him and him alone.

Uber’s Self-Driving Cars Ply Streets Of Pittsburgh

Uber says it has outfitted a Ford Fusion hybrid with radars, laser scanners and high-resolution cameras. It’s using the car to test self-driving capability and collect mapping data.

A trained driver remains behind the wheel for now. Uber says it’s still in the early stages of its self-driving tests.

Because those workers are expected to do just that if they want to move up the corporate ladder. Because those workers view the extra hours as a necessary tradeoff for the more stable lifestyle and benefits of salary (versus hourly) pay. And because those workers don't want to lose their jobs.

Soon, those workers will no longer have to fight for the extra pay they deserve.
